- Shipment depends on the item ordered. There is a production time located in each items description box.

- Yes but please request a custom atleast 2 weeks in advance. 

7. I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
- If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your order rather it be missing or defected please reach out immediately so we can resolve your concerns. 

8. How long do refunds take?
- Refunds can take from 1-2 business days to process & up to 10 business days to appear back
