Refunds: All sales are final. Each item have a production time located on the items description box. Please be advised your purchase indicates that you agree with the listed production time. However items may be refunded if there is an issue on our end such as; wrong item sent, exceeded production time, damaged item. We are also not responsible for items that are delivered and stolen from your property. 

 

 

 

Exchanges: Items are made to order specifically for you. Exchanges are not accepted unless there has been an issue on our end such as; wrong item sent, damages, wrong sizing, or if we've exceeded our production time.
